Starting June 2012 I will be teaching 2 afternoon classes at Harmony Yoga in Denver. Both these classes are at the same time as an adult class, so both you and your kids can enjoy some yoga.
Yoga for Kids 8 and up will be held on Tuesdays; 4:30-5:45pm
Yoga for Kids 7 and under will be held on Wednesdays; 4:30-5:30pm

New kids classes in Denver

So excited. I’m starting a new series of YogaKids classes in Denver next week.
Starting on January 18 for 4 Wednesdays from 1:30-2:15pm, join me at Harmony Yoga. This class is geared for the active preschooler (2-5 year olds) and their caregivers.
The first class is just in time for Chinese New Year. Join us for our Chinese zodiac themed class!
